திடீரென்று உடலில் ஏற்படும் உபாதைகள் அதன் பின்னர் ஏற்பட்ட நோயை தீர்க்க எந்தவொரு யோகா மாஸ்டரும், நாடு முழுவதும் பரவி கிடக்கும் சாமியார்களாலும், கோயில்களாலும் தீர்க்கவே முடியாததாகும்..... இவர்கள் நமக்கு கொடுக்கும் நோய்கள் பற்றிய அறிவுரைகள் சாட் ஜிபிட் தன்னை சாமியாராக பாவித்து அதுவே சேவ் பண்ணி வச்சிருக்கிறதிலிருந்து நமக்கு ஈஸியாக கம்பி கட்டுற கதையை கொடுக்கலாம்..... உடல் நோய் அதன் வலி , மனம் பிறழ்மையால் ஏற்படும் பாதிப்புகளால் மட்டுமே..... கோயில்களையும் சாமியார்களையும் நாம் நாடுவது .....சாமியார்கள் வைத்தியர்கள் இதை வைத்து பிழைப்பு நடத்துகிறார்கள்....
வாழ்நாள் இறுதியில் உடல் வலியால் வருந்தும்போது கட்டாயம் இதை கடவுள் தீர்த்து வைப்பார், என்று நம்பி கொண்டு.... சாமியார்கள் கடவுளிடம் நேரடியாக நமக்காக பரிந்து பேசி நம் நோயை கட்டுப்படுத்துவார்கள் என்று இன்றுவரை நம்பிக் கொண்டு இருக்கும் மக்கள் அதிகளவில் இருக்கிறார்கள். .... கடைசிவரை அது தீர்க்கவே முடியாது என்றுணரும் முன்னமே மரித்துப் போனவர்களே அதிகம்...... உடல் வலி மன வலி ஒருவரை நிலை குலைய செய்திடும் போது செய்ற முதல் வேலை ...... எப்பேற்பட்டாவது வலியை போக்கிட என்ன விலையும் கொடுக்க தயாராகி விடுகிறார்கள்..... தன் கர்மா தன்னை வலுவிளக்கச் செய்கிறது என்பது புரியாதவரை தன் வலியை வைத்து சம்பாதிக்கும் போலி வைத்தியர்கள், சாமியார்களிடம் ஏமாறுபவர்களே அதிகம் உள்ளனர்...... ஒரு மாதமாக என்னால் நடக்க முடியவில்லை .... வேரி கோஸ் என்பதும் ஒரு காரணம்..... மற்றொன்று சிறிய காயம் ஒன்று கால் எலும்பில் ஏற்பட்டு, அது ஆறாத காயமாகி , படுக்கையிலிருந்து எழுந்து ,காலை தரையில் வைத்து கழிவறைக்கு நடந்து செல்ல முடியவில்லை.....பயங்கர வலி..... தீக்காயம், எரிந்த போன கால் போன்று இருக்கிறதே என்று டாக்டர் கேட்டார்......முதுமையும், சரியான சாப்பாடுமில்லாமல் இரண்டு வருடம் இருந்ததால் , அதனால் வந்த நோயும், குணமாகமல் என்னை கஷ்டப்படுத்தியது ...... முற்றிலுமான தீர்வு என்ன என்று நமக்கு நாமே சரியாக யோசித்து அதற்குரிய வகைகளை சாப்பிட்டு குணப்படுத்தி கொள்ள முயற்சிப்பது தான் சரியான வழி... யோசனை கேட்டோமானால் அத்தோடு முடிந்தது .....இயற்கையில் கிடைக்கப்பெறும் மழை நீர் பாறை நீர் சுனை நீர் என்று பருகி வாழ்ந்தால் நோய் தவிர்த்து வாழலாம் என்கிறார்கள்......இதை அடைத்தும் தற்போது விற்கிறார்கள்....அல்லது நீரில் PH வேல்யூ அதிகரித்து நோய் தீரும் என்று சொல்கிறார்கள் .... இரத்தத்தின் pH அளவும் வெளியில் இருந்து நாம் கொடுக்கும் நீரும் ஒரே அளவு சமமாக இருக்க செய்ய நோயை குணப்படுத்தி கொள்ளலாம் என்கிறார்கள்..... காலத்தில் சாப்பிட்ட அத்தனை மாத்திரை மருந்துகளின் ரசாயனம் முழுவதும் ஈரலில் படர்ந்து இருக்கும் என்று சொல்லி இத்தகைய நீர்களை குடித்து வரும்போது அதனை கழுவி விஷத்தை வெளியே தள்ளி விடும் என்று சொல்ல வருகிறார்கள்....நேற்று மளிகை சாமான்கள் வாங்க சென்றிருந்த போது குழந்தைகள் குளிக்கும் பேபி சோப், பேபி சாம்பூ என்று எனக்கு குளிக்க வாங்கி வந்தேன்.....ஒரு சில மாதமாக இப்படி தான் பயன்படுத்தி வருகிறேன்... மனைவி திட்டினாள்...... குழந்தைகளுக்கு கொடுக்கப்படும் இருமல் சளி மருந்துகளை தான் தற்போது சளி பிடித்தால் வெறும் சிரப் குடித்து கொள்கிறேன்.... வாந்தி வந்த போது குழந்தைகள் குடிக்கும் சிரப்பை 3ml குடித்தேன் சரியாகிவிட்டது ..... 150 mg பாரசீட் மல் 5ml தான் குடித்தேன் ..... காய்ச்சல் சரியாகிவிட்டது..... முன்னர் 650 mg பாரசீட் மல் சாப்பிட்டிருக்கிறேன்..... குழந்தைகள் சிரப்பே என்னைப் போன்ற 50 வயது கடந்தவர்கள் குடித்தால் போதுமானதா என்று தெரியவில்லை.....உடம்பில் ஏற்படும் நோயானது, உடம்பிற்குள் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட ஒன்றினால் மட்டுமே அதை உருவாக்கி குணப்படுத்திக் கொள்ள முடியும்......படைத்த இறைவன் அதனை குணமாக்கி கொள்ள அதை வெளியில் மறைத்து வைத்திருக்கலாம்.....இறை நீர் போன்றவைகள் ஆகாயத்திலிருந்தோ மற்ற முறைகளிலோ இறங்கி வந்து இப்புவியில் மறைந்திருக்கலாம்..... அல்லது இயற்கைக்குள் ஒளிந்திருப்பதை நம்மால் அறிந்து கொள்ள இயலாதபடி மறைத்து வைக்கப்பட்டு இருக்கலாம்...... ரசம் காரியம் துத்தம் என்று தகுந்த முறையில் சுன்னம் பஸ்பம் செய்து உயிர்க்கு ஒத்ததாக உடலில் பரவி ஓடக்கூடியதாக சாப்பிட்டு தங்கிவிட்டால், உடல் பாடமாகிவிடும்...... உடலில் தங்காமல் போகுமாயின் உடலிலிருந்து உயிர் அதை தள்ளி விடும்.....இயற்கையில் மறைந்திருக்கும் நீரை அறிந்து விட்டால் , எளிதாக அதை எடுத்துப் பருகி நோய்களை குணமாக்கிக் கொள்ளலாம் என்று நினைக்க தோன்றுகிறது. 🌿
